Lower body dynamic training. Lots of work here today folks. Bodyweight alternative also for this without access to weights. On our dynamic days, we focus a tremendous amount on neuro-muscular development. These sessions should leave you feeling energized, not exhausted due to the use of lighter weights, lower reps and training speed strength. The ideal test for the proper weight in dynamic squats or Olympic lifts is to perform 1 rep at say, 50%-60% and then do a broad jump. Whichever weight corresponds to the best jump is your ideal weight for developing explosiveness.

Wednesday-Every Hour on the Hour
Heres a fun twist of the Every Minute on the Minute Protocol. Especially, if you’re stuck at home in your pajamas.
From the minute you wake up and every subsequent hour after that. Although each ‘mini’ circuit may not seem like a lot, compound this over the course of a day, and, assuming you are awake for 16 hours, you will do at total of 384 squats, 384 pushups, 384 setups, and 384 rows. Not only a good way to burn calories, keep the blood flowing, but it will also fend off boredom.
