SECS Workouts:
These workouts are designed to be simple,effective, convenient and short. In a crowded landscape of fitness workouts, routines, programs, there is one thing that is universal; you have to do something. Whether it’s a 5 minute tabata workout or a 50 minute CrossFit workout, you have to get up and move. The SECS workouts focus on the former. Great for busy parents or a person who lives out of a suitcase, these workouts are easy to do anywhere with simple equipment.

20jump squats

20 push-ups
20 leg raises supine
Rest 20 seconds
Repeat 7 times
