All of our Trainers carry the most up to date training certificates and in many cases college degrees in the field of exercise science and nutrition. A typical workout consists of a dynamic warmup (including core activation), a main workout which can have components of circuit training, free weights, bands, cardio, HIIT, kettlebells and neuromuscular peaking finished with a cool down.

*Our personal trainer services are one on one and designed to fit exactly your needs. We can come directly to your preferred place to workout or use one of our partner facilities. *Our Road Warrior Training is designed for the client who travels for a living; we do a weekly one on one training session and provide an exercise script for while you are traveling, based on available facilities and equipment.
*Strength and Conditioning/AIM Academy- Mike's passion, strength and conditioning. With so many of todays youth engaged in sporting activities, we work with teams to provide sound strength and conditioning programs. With an emphasis on injury prevention and proper body mechanics, much of this can be integrated into normal practice schedules. *Facility Management- Have your own equipment whether at home or work? Great! If you're looking for a little guidance for yourself or team, we can do seminars to classes to full staffing.
